چکیده

Two heteroleptic nickel oxothiolate complexes, namely [Ni(bpy)(mp)] (1) and [Ni(dmbpy)(mp)] (2), where mp = 2-hydroxythiophenol, bpy 2,2?-bipyridine dmbpy 4,4?-dimethyl-2,2?-bipyridine were synthesized characterized with various physical spectroscopic methods. Complex 2 was further by single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic P 21/c system its neutral form. catalytic properties of both complexes for proton reduction evaluated photochemical electrochemical studies. different their nature photosensitizers, fluorescein CdTe-TGA-coated quantum dots, tested under conditions. role electron donating character methyl substituents revealed light Thus, catalyst performs better than 1, reaching 39.1 TONs vs. 4.63 3 h, respectively, experiments. In contrast, 1 is more photocatalytically active 2, achieving a TON over 6700 120 h irradiation. This observed reverse activity suggests that HER mechanism follows pathways electrocatalysis photocatalysis.

Uranyle Complexes: synthesis, evaluation of biological activity

In this research, some of the inorganic complexes of uranyl with N- donor ligandswere synthesized. Complexes were characteriezed by FT-IR and UV spectra, ¹HNMR,¹³CNMR and some physical properties. The uranyl unit (UO2) is composed of a center ofuranium atom with the charge (+6) and two oxygen atom by forming two U=O double bonds. The structure is linear (O=U=O, 180) and usually stable. So other ...

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
